I’ve uploaded lots of sermons to SWS but no psalms, so here’s a few taken from that RPCNA International Conference I recently added the talks from (all from the Hippy American Psalter):

Psalm 27A

didn’t realise there was a psalm 188! seems like ‘hippy’ is a good descrption of the american pslater if thats the sort of thing in it!

  2. Peter Says:

    Claire … genius!

  3. Steve Says:

    What’s a pslater?

  4. Daniel Ritchie Says:

I think she means psalter – which is a praise-book which contains the book of Psalms for singing. This consists of 150 Psalms; hence the confusion at there being a Psalm 188!

  5. Daniel Ritchie Says:

Just listened to a couple of the American Psalms; I am very impressed. Thank you Stephen.

  6. Steve Says:

Yeah, the American ones sound fantastic. I meant to say “That’s what the Ulster Hall should have sounded like”.

  7. PeterG Says:

Thanks alot for the psalm recordings. I posted a link on a Reformed discussion group and they were much appreciated.

  9. Tom Says:

    Wow. Radiant.

I was at the RPCNA International Conference! Do you have the recordings for either Psalm 18I or 102B?(It would be the conference in 2004, the most recent one) I would really appreciate it if you had those. And by the way, OUR PSALTER IS NOT HIPPIE!!!! Now, I do like the Scottish Psalter, because the logic behind it is beautiful. However, just becuase you are in love with your psalter doesn’t mean you can make wise cracks about ours. :)
(all of the above was said in the same jestful manner as what you said. There are no hard feelings)
