David P Murray (ex-Stornaway FCC and current Professor of OT and Practical Theology at PRTS) has just released a video series entitled CrossReference ‘to help Christians discover and enjoy Christ in the Old Testament’. It focuses on Christ’s appearances in the Old Testament as The Angel of the Lord.
There are 10 short (around 4 minutes) episodes in total, the first 3 of which are embedded below (episodes 1 and 2 will remain online permanently, episodes 3-10 will each be online for 7 days, starting with episode 3 this week). They are available to purchase as an HD download or on DVD. A study guide for small group study is also available to buy (pdf sample here). Murray is planning to release a book on Preaching Christ from the Old Testament sometime this year.
